It was a mix of wonder and melancholy all at once. In my youth, I was amazed at how the colours of the sky mixed and changed like a painting. I was hanging on to every bit of light, wishing that the day could stretch a little further. But alas, the night took over and I am readying myself for dinner. I reminisce about walking in the orangery where the scent of sweet citrus and its flowers warmed me on a cool night.
